Who we are. This website is operated by AND Healthcare, trading as Base18, Unit 23a Halliwell Business Park, Bolton, BL1 8DL, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@base18labs.com. "Base18" is a registered trade mark of AND Healthcare.

Our products. Base18 products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person. Always patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a diagnosed skin condition or are under dermatological care, check with your clinician before use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Orders. When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email; this is when our contract with you is formed. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there's an obvious pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud — if we do, you'll be refunded in full. We do our best to keep prices, descriptions and stock levels accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error affecting your order we'll contact you before dispatching.

Prices and delivery. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but aren't guaranteed; we're not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Returns. Our returns policy (30 days, even if opened) is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — the Base18 name and mark, logos, product names, formulations, text, images and design — belongs to AND Healthcare or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

General. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
