Refund policy
We want Base18 to work for your skin. If it doesn't, send it back.
Our 30-day promise. You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've opened and used it. If a formula doesn't suit your skin, we'd rather take it back than have you keep something that isn't working for you.
How to return. Email hello@base18labs.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest — no forms, no fuss. Please post returns to: Base18 Returns, AND Healthcare, Unit 23a Halliwell Business Park, Bolton, BL1 8DL, United Kingdom. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in which case we'll cover it.
Refunds. Once your return arrives, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when it's done.
Damaged or faulty items. If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email us with your order number and a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any postage, whichever you prefer.
Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day policy is in addition to these rights.
