dispatch
Orders are picked, packed and on their way fast — choose next-day delivery at checkout when you need it tomorrow. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
delivery
Standard UK delivery — £2.99 (2–3 working days). Next-day UK delivery — £3.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £20. All options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
returns
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've opened and used it. If a formula doesn't suit your skin, we'd rather take it back than have you keep something that isn't working for you.
damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us with your order number and a photo — we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. No forms, no fuss.
